Hotel Policy & House Rules

 

​Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM noon. Subject to availability, early check-in is at 8 AM onwards and late check-out will be provided till 12:00 PM. If you come too early, you can use basic amenities

It is Mandatory for all customers and their visitor guests to share their ID cards. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.

 

Smoking, Alcohol, Gambling, Prostitution, contraband goods, drugs, etc – are all strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.

 

Out side food is not allowed in the hotel premises.

 

We accept advance booking only upto 1 month with full tariff advance payment.

 

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE policy, TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES at any point of time without prior notice

 

Accommodation will only be provided to guests whose details are registered with hotel reception.

 

Guests will be provided with a room key only upon arrival and after completing the registration at the hotel’s reception desk.

 

Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at the hotel Reception only.

 

Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

 

It is forbidden to bring into the hotel flammable materials, explosives or firearms. Bringing or storing any products / items of combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is strictly prohibited.

 

Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest customer can store luggage in the luggage room, at the their own sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 24 hrs.

 

The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings for any cause whatsoever.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

 

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you require further assistance, contact our team.

 

Alternatively, you can cancel your reservation online.

in case of no show, the full amount of the first night will be charged, and where applicable, all other nights will be automatically canceled, meaning that Hotel does not hold room after no show.

 

 

PAYMENT

 

Important:

· We only accept UPI and Cash while checking in. No card and cheque is accepted as a payment method.

 

TAX

12% gst will be added to the booking amount.

 

 

CHILDREN’S POLICY

 

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and cannot be registered in the room by themselves.

Children under the age of 8 stay Free of charge while sharing a bed with their parents. If they require an extra bed, this service will be charged 300 per night.

 

ROOM CAPACITY POLICY

 

All room rates are based on double occupancy. Maximum sleeping capacity in a room or suite varies from 2 to 4 persons, depending on the room/suite type booked.

Additional adults in a room or suite on an extra bed will be charged 300 per person, per night.

 

PARKING

 

Self-parking free during stay period.

The maximum available parking capacity 12 cars, 10 bikes.

The parking is secured and contains covered parking area.

The parking is under CCTV surveillance 24x7

 

PETS

 

Pet are allowed . Pets must be under control of their owners on Hotel areas throughout their stay in the Hotel and not disturb other Hotel guests.

ACCESSIBILITY POLICY

 

All of our public spaces are easy accessible with a wheelchair.

 

UMBRELLAS, CHARGERS AND ADAPTERS ON DEMAND

 

Please note you have possibility to borrow umbrellas, chargers and adapters at the Hotel reception.  

 

SAFETY AND SECURITY

 

In order to secure order and safety in the Hotel, some notices and guidelines should be followed:

  1. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by the adult and cannot be registered in the room by themselves.

 

  1. In case you need doctor’s attention, please ask our front desk for assistance and they will recommend a doctor you can contact.

 

  1. The Hotel and Hotel area is under video surveillance, excluding guest rooms, toilet facilities changing rooms

 

  1. You may leave your baggage in our luggage room. The luggage room is under video surveillance, but hotel is not responsible for any object within your luggage.

 

  1. Persons under the influence of alcohol and narcotics are not allowed to enter in the hotel.

 

  1. Mobile phone usage in form of recording, taking pictures and other disruptive activities towards other guests is not allowed (including camera drones), also disrupting other guests, in form of yelling, staring, pushing or any form of aggressive behaviour is not allowed.

 

  1. All Hotel rooms and public areas 100% non-smoking.

 

  1. Giving room keys to third parties is not allowed

 

  1. Keeping dangerous or life threatening objects/materials in rooms is not allowed

 

  1. Moving or stealing room furniture is not allowed

 

  1. Violation of Hotels codes of conduct, aggressive behaviour or actions that are life/property threatening for others is strictly forbidden.

 

  1. Destroying Hotel property is strictly forbidden.

 

13. Car parking at the Hotel entrance or exit in a way that traffic is blocked is not allowed.
